We came together on Wednesday, October 7th virtually to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month. The theme of our celebration was Heritage, Diversity, Integrity, and Honor: The Renewed Hope of America.
Our Honorees:
- Community Hero Sarah Souza for her tireless advocacy for racial and economic equity and your commitment to protecting the most vulnerable in our community.
- SFDA Superstar Cristine Soto DeBerry for her continuous commitment to meaningful reforms, creating a more just and equitable criminal justice system, and for her trailblazing efforts to promote smart, safe, and innovative policies for those most vulnerable in our community.
- Community Based Organization Champion Mission Graduates for their continuous commitment to provide the tools, services, and support required for our youth to succeed in higher education through the Mission Graduates Impact Generation Afterschool Program.
