JURY CONVICTS MAN OF PETTY THEFT AND RESISTING ARREST FOLLOWING SUNSET DISTRICT INCIDENT

San Francisco, CA – San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced today that her office secured a conviction of Joshua David Chavez (37), after a trial by jury for shoplifting from a Sunset District Safeway and resisting arrest. Mr. Chavez
