San Francisco, CA – Today, San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced that Travelle Moore (20), has been charged in connection with human trafficking offenses. Mr. Moore is scheduled to be arraigned on February 13, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., at the Hall of Justice. Mr. Moore is charged with one count of pimping and one count of pandering by procuring.
Prosecutors will move to have Mr. Moore detained without bail because of the public safety risk he poses. Mr. Moore is currently out of custody as the court released him on his own recognizance prior to arraignment.
According to court documents, Mr. Moore allegedly dropped off a woman at a hotel near Union Square on February 7, 2026, to meet a person to engage in sex work. The person contacted the woman via an escort listing on the internet for sexual services. Several text messages between the woman and Mr. Moore allegedly show a discussion of where she should send Mr. Moore the money and several demands from Mr. Moore for immediate responses from the woman to his messages.
Although charges have been filed, this remains an active investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the San Francisco Police Department Tip Line at 1-415-575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the text message with SFPD. You may remain anonymous.
