San Francisco, CA – Today, San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced that Nicholas Wallace (46) of San Francisco, Sharonee Hyson (44) of San Francisco, Star Lamar (39) of San Francisco, and Leander Pitts (46) of San Francisco have been charged with multiple felonies in connection with a recent narcotics operation conducted in San Francisco by the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD).
Mr. Wallace is charged with one count of possession for sale or purchase of controlled substance (HS 11351), two counts of selling substance in lieu of a controlled substance (HS 11355), attempted selling substance in lieu of a controlled substance (HS 664/11355), and possession of firearm with prior violence conviction (PC 29900(a)(1)). Mr. Wallace and Ms. Hyson are both charged with possession of firearm by a felon (PC 29800(a)(1)). Ms. Hyson is also charged with one count of possession for sale of cocaine base (HS 11351.5) with an allegation of being personally armed with a firearm (PC 12022(c)), and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with firearm (HS 11370.1(a)).
Ms. Lamar is charged with three counts of sale and giving away a controlled substance (HS 11379(a)), and three counts of selling substance in lieu of a controlled substance (HS 11355). Ms. Lamar is charged with possession for sale or purchase of controlled substance (HS 11351) with an allegation of being personally armed with a firearm (PC 12022(c)) while in unlawful possession of a controlled substance (HS 11370.1(a)). Ms. Lamar is also charged with possession of firearm by a felon (PC 29800(a)(1)), possession of ammunition (PC 30305(a)(1)), and possession of an assault weapon (PC 30605(a)). Mr. Pitts is charged with possession of a firearm by a felon (PC 29800(a)(1)), possession for sale of a controlled substance (HS 11378) with an allegation of being personally armed with a firearm (PC 12022(c)), possession of ammunition (PC 30305(a)(1)), possession of a large-capacity magazine (PC 32310(c)). Ms. Lamar and Mr. Pitts were charged with selling substance in lieu of a controlled substance (HS 11355).
According to the SFPD, officers arrested Mr. Wallace on September 8, 2026, and served a search warrant at his home on the 700 block of O’Farrell Street. Officers recovered oxycodone pills, and cocaine. At the residence, officers located and arrested Ms. Hyson, who was in possession of 11.7 grams of cocaine base and a loaded firearm. The next day, on September 9, 2026, officers served search warrants at residences on 300 block of Executive Park Boulevard. and the 1300 block of Newhall Avenue. Officers seized over 20,000 pills, including suspected counterfeit Xanax, oxycodone, hydrocodone, cyclobenzaprine and other deadly narcotics, including fentanyl. Additionally, officers seized 68.5 grams of MDMA, 6.5 grams of black tar heroin, a semi-automatic assault rifle, a semi-automatic pistol and $2,267 in cash. Officers arrested Mr. Pitts and Ms. Lamar at the residences. All four suspects were booked in San Francisco County Jail on numerous charges including possession for sale of narcotics and firearms charges.
Mr. Wallace and Ms. Hyson were arraigned and are scheduled for a preliminary hearing on September 23, 2026, in Department 20 of the Hall of Justice. Ms. Lamar and Mr. Pitts are scheduled to appear for arraignment on September 15, 2026, in Department 9 of the Hall of Justice.
