According to court documents, on April 4, 2026, Mr. Casperson allegedly became verbally aggressive with a healthcare worker at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. The healthcare worker then asked another healthcare worker for assistance who asked Mr. Casperson to wait in the waiting room. Allegedly, Mr. Casperson, refused to go to the waiting room while using a homophobic slur multiple times and then saying that he did not like gay people and would follow the worker to his car and kill him.
According to court documents, on June 8, 2026, Mr. Casperson allegedly returned to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and threatened to kill the victim while using homophobic slurs. Another worker saw Mr. Casperson allegedly waiving an umbrella around aggressively in the presence of other patients. Fearing for his safety the victim again asked Mr. Casperson to leave. As he was leaving, Mr. Casperson allegedly made more homophobic threats saying “I will bring my gun and shoot all the f****** at the hospital,” and that he would wait for the victim at the parking garage to beat him down. Allegedly, Mr. Casperson left the immediate vicinity and stood outside of the entrance where he continued to make death threats, threats of violence and harm while swinging the umbrella.
