DALY CITY MAN CHARGED IN CONNECTION TO BAYVIEW SHOOTING

San Francisco, CA – Today, San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced that Khiri Roberson (30), has been charged in connection to a shooting in the Bayview on November 19, 2024. Mr. Roberson is scheduled to be arraigned on December 18, 2024. He is charged with one count of attempted murder (PC 664/187(a)) with an allegation that he personally and intentionally discharged a firearm (PC 1202.53(d)), four counts of discharge of a firearm at an inhabited dwelling (PC 246), one count of possession of a firearm by a felon (PC 29800(a)(1)) and one count of resisting, obstructing, delaying a peace officer (PC 148(a)(1)). Prosecutors moved to have Mr. Roberson detained pending trial because of the public safety risk he poses. The court granted the motion and set no bail without prejudice.

“I would like to thank the San Francisco Police for identifying and making an arrest in this case,” said District Attorney Brooke Jenkins. “Although, I am grateful there was no loss of life in this shooting, these are serious crimes, and my office will do everything in our power to fight for justice in the courtroom.”

According to San Francisco Police, on November 19, 2024, at approximately 2:13 PM SFPD officers from Bayview Station responded to the 1100 block of Hollister regarding a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located a pregnant woman suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers rendered aid and medics arrived on scene and transported the victim to the hospital for life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene prior to the arrival of the officers.
